A man has limitation to do the activities. In a team worker if one gets wrong other member can rectify it. There will be both formal and informal communication. This helps to interact with people and attain both organization goal and self goal. Working with a Team you can achieve more than working alone. You get more ideas from your team mates, you get help in case your not able to do something. Many brains at work make a brilliant Team to which a brilliant brain alone cannot compete with. Also interaction with team mates adds a little fun to your job, rather than doing it all alone. “Team” is one of the most used and abused of buzz words, but there is such a thing as working together as a team.
